What’s Included
● 9 custom graphic designs developed specifically for UNSVN.
● Creative direction inspired by the brand’s mental health awareness concept, incorporating selected visual themes such as angels, roses and expressive typography.
● Designs intended for T-shirts, long sleeves and accessories, including gloves.
● Final digital artwork files in the formats agreed during the creative briefing.
● Up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions per design.
● Commercial merchandise usage rights for the final approved artwork, effective upon full payment.
The exact distribution of the 9 designs across garments and accessories will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
Project Terms
1. Payment and Project Confirmation
Full payment of €800 is required before creative work begins. This is a custom design service, not a purchase of physical merchandise.
2. Custom Production
All artwork is developed specifically for the client’s approved creative brief. The client acknowledges that the service involves dedicated creative work, research, concept development and design execution.
3. Revisions and Scope
The package includes up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions per design. Minor adjustments to existing concepts are included.
Additional designs, complete changes of creative direction, additional revision rounds or work outside the agreed brief will require a separate quotation and approval.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once creative work has commenced at the client’s express request, cancellation or a change of personal preference does not automatically entitle the client to a full refund.
Any cancellation, statutory withdrawal request or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Where legally permitted, Saintstance may retain payment proportionate to services already performed.
Where the law provides for loss of the right of withdrawal following full performance of the service, this will apply only after the necessary prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference does not automatically entitle the client to a refund where the agreed services have been properly performed and the agreed revision opportunities have been provided.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies for services that do not conform to the contract.
5. Delivery and Intellectual Property
Final approved artwork will be delivered digitally. The delivery schedule will be confirmed after payment and receipt of the completed creative brief.
Commercial usage rights for the final approved designs are included. Copyright ownership, unused concepts and editable source files are not transferred unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Project Agreement
By purchasing this package, the client agrees to the project scope, deliverables, revision limits, payment terms and cancellation policy stated above, subject to applicable law.
