Refund policy

At SAINTSTANCE, we offer both custom digital services and pre-designed digital content ("premades"). Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

1. Custom Services (e.g. Branding Packs, Design Work)

All custom work is made specifically for you and delivered digitally. By purchasing a custom service, you agree to the immediate execution of the service and explicitly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted under Article 16(c) and (m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Therefore:

  • No returns or refunds will be granted for custom digital services once the order is placed and work has begun.

2. Premade Digital Products

Premade graphics or templates are delivered instantly after purchase. Because these files are non-tangible and downloadable:

  • Refunds are not accepted once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

  • If you have not downloaded the file yet and believe you made the purchase in error, please contact us within 24 hours.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or exchange only if:

  • You were charged multiple times by mistake;

  • The file is technically corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot resolve the issue;

  • Required by applicable consumer law.
