01 When do I get it?
Within 12 hours of your order, by email. Order in the evening and it is usually waiting for you in the morning.
02 Is the design only mine?
No. A premade stays in the shop and other brands can license the same design. If you want something nobody else can have, start at Brand Identity, where everything is drawn for you alone.
03 What does the commercial license cover?
You can use the design for your business: your website, your socials, paid advertising and the products you sell. What you cannot do is resell or hand on the design itself as a design.
04 What should I upload?
Your logo if you already have one. If you do not, upload anything that shows the direction you are after. PNG, JPG, WEBP or PDF, up to 20 MB.
05 Can the design be changed?
